Sunshine Factory’s first video off its upcoming debut full length “Electric Beach” has arrived. “Zed Word” will be released in two parts - part one: a comedic series of grindhouse movie trailers starring the band, part two: an LA-noir rendition with a nod to George A. It’s been a busy Fall at Culdesac Kids. Sunshine Factory is preparing to release its debut album, Electric Beach, along with a free six-track EP, AND its first video off the album, “Zed Word.”
In true Culdesac Kids-style, we gave the treatment a unique twist, releasing it in two parts; one a Grindhouse-stylo, and the second, an LA-noir rendition with a nod to George A. Romero’s 1968 classic “Night of The Living Dead.”
To execute this project we enlisted the help of longtime Culdesac Kids partner-in-crime, cinematographer/director Carlos Herrera, who shot, wrote, and directed the video. We’ll also be showcasing the terrifying work of local special effects makeup artist Pauline Noriega.
“Zed Word,” Parts 1 and 2, is scheduled to be released just in time for Hallows’ Eve. Here’s the first look at what’s in store. Enjoy and share!

Wakeup! Sunshine Factory Free Download!
A quick update.
Sunshine Factory is alive and kicking! The Factory sends it love & apologies. We know you’ve been waiting patiently for their album & we promise it will be worth the wait. The band has spent the summer recording & mixing. After some delays, the band is back in the studio hard at work delivering the knockout blow to their debut album. In the meantime enjoy this freebie and remember Zombies have feelings too, but be careful… truth can bite so hard!

The long awaited, highly anticipated, much talked about Sunshine Factory debut album is nearing completion! The guys spent a good portion of the winter months locked up in the barn in their hometown of Palmdale writing and recording songs for their first official long player. The band has spent the early summer months back in the barn hard at work starting the mixing process.
Early mixes from the album are starting to surface. No official album title, release date, or track listing have been released, but details are coming very soon. Judging from the early mixes that made it to Culdesac Kids Headquarters, I can tell you that the wait was completely worth it! Get excited because Sunshine Factory is set to make some huge noise this summer with the album we all wanted and were hoping for. The guys delivered!

Limited edition Sunshine Factory stickers have arrived! The “Good Old Times” design was created by our good friend Ghost Ghost Teeth. Stickers feature a large round design that measures 3 inches. The stickers will be available on our mail order shop shortly, in the mean time you can pick one up at all of our live shows.
